Oct. 8, 2012

Oct. 8, 2012—The Assured Performance Network, a network of roughly 3,500 independently-owned collision repair businesses throughout the U.S., has promoted Liz Stein to vice president of industry relations.

Stein previously served the Assured Performance Network as executive director. In the new position, Stein will work with various industry organizations and vendors to expand shop certification, rebate rewards and consumer awareness programs. She will also represent the Assured Performance Network’s interests at industry events and meetings.

"Promoting Liz to vice president of industry relations was an obvious choice to fill a greater role in our company as the network explodes with opportunity,” said Scott Biggs, CEO of the Assured Performance Network. “In her previous capacity, Liz has delivered a stellar performance, exceeding our expectations. She has illustrated great leadership skills as well as powerful knowledge of the industry and key participants.”

The Assured Performance Network said Stein has worked in the collision repair industry for more than nine years. She serves on the National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) executive board and is an active member of the Women's Industry Network (WIN).

"This new position capitalizes on my passion and allows me to work even closer with our members and industry leadership,” Stein said. “My new expanded duties and authority will enable me to drive initiatives that are making a true difference in the landscape of this industry."
