PartsTrader Integrates with CollisionLink

May 17, 2016

May 17, 2016—PartsTrader announced Tuesday that OE parts dealers and collision shops will now be able to use a single workflow for electronic parts ordering with a software integration of PartsTrader and CollisionLink

More than 1,700 dealers currently use the integration. The integration will be introduced across the U.S. over the next several weeks.

“With the integration enabled, our parts team is able to match parts numbers quickly and efficiently.  Incorrect parts numbers are quickly identified and corrected, saving us considerable time, especially on larger jobs,” said Steve Richardson, parts manager with David McDavid Honda of Irving, TX.  “The increase in accuracy has also helped lower our return rate as well.”

Collision repairers will submit quote requests in the PartsTrader application and receive quotes back from participating dealers with approved OEM pricing applied. Dealers will use CollisionLink to apply available OEM pricing programs to PartsTrader quotes without leaving CollisionLink.
