July 16, 2014—CCC Information Services and Actual Systems of America signed an agreement to integrate Actual System's automotive recycling software with CCC’s parts-supplier solution, CCC announced Tuesday.
The integration of the two systems—Actual Systems’ Pinnacle Professional and the CCC True Parts Network—will connect recyclers using Pinnacle Professional and CCC’s base of collision repair customers for tasks like electronic quoting, procurement and invoicing.
“This integration will be a significant step in closing the gap between collision repairers, insurers and recyclers by providing seamless, direct access to recycled parts,” said Peter Bishop, Actual System’s managing director. “With CCC as the leading provider of sophisticated software solutions for collision repairers and insurers coupled with Pinnacle’s progressive user base, we believe that this integration will be a game changer for the industry.”
