Feb. 29, 2016—I-CAR recently recognized Top Shop Marketing for its commitment in helping all of its network facilities obtain Gold Class designation by encouraging shops to participate in the Road to Gold program. About 80 percent of its shops are Gold Class or on the Road to Gold.
Top Shop attends a variety of industry events to keep shops informed of industry shifts and changes. Top Shop also travels to meet with insurance carriers year round, which helps shops stay up to date on training and KPI requirements that are looked for by carriers. Top Shop works with carriers on group performance filtering down to individual shop opportunities.
