Gerber Acquires Six Indiana Locations

April 1, 2016—The Boyd Group Inc. announced Thursday that it has acquired Collision Cure Body Werks, which operates six collision centers in the Indianapolis region. 

The six new Gerber Collision & Glass locations add to the two nearby locations Gerber acquired in January in Lafayette, Ind.

"Over the past few years we have added several locations in northwest Indiana, focusing on serving customers in the Chicago region," said Tim O'Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group's U.S. operations. "With this acquisition we have established a footprint in the Indianapolis region, vibrant communities with a population of nearly two million."
