Mitchell enhances RepairCenter to increase shop efficiency

September 29, 2010—Mitchell International Inc. announced the launch of Estimating and Carrier Communication with its upcoming release_notes of RepairCenter.

RepairCenter Estimating now allows shops to access estimating while staying in the RepairCenter application, according to a Mitchell press release. Carrier Communication now allows for accessing assignments from insurance carriers without having to leave the application.

"We're pleased to offer a solution that allows our customers to review and complete their estimates all within their RepairCenter application," said Jason Bertellotti, vice president of repair solutions for Mitchell. "The new Carrier Communication module improves the flow of information between carriers and their DRP shops. … Shops can more efficiently manage the repair process from carrier to customer."
