CCC, LKQ Debut Intelligent Parts Solution

April 9, 2013

April 9, 2013—CCC Information Services Inc. and LKQ Corp. recently announced the launch of a new parts solution that provides rules-based search functionality for LKQ’s aftermarket parts inventory.

Users of CCC ONE Estimating for Insurance are now able to search LKQ’s integrated aftermarket parts database, and select the best part for every job based on part type, availability, price and ship date. CCC said the new integration is meant to provide shops with more efficient access to aftermarket parts.

“LKQ has worked with CCC for many years, providing users of CCC’s software with important parts information to complete estimates in a timely manner,” said Terry Fortner, vice president of industry relations and market development for LKQ. “Today’s announcement is a continuation of our long-standing relationship, but also marks the first step in the next phase of our work together, which will bring deeper integration between our two systems and even greater precision in parts searching and sourcing for CCC customers.”
