March 3, 2011 — Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes will continue to serve as a training partner in Toyota’s Certified Collision Center program throughout 2011, the paint company announced Wednesday.

The program, called Collision Estimator Essentials, offers participants hands-on training aimed at improving the profitability of estimates. The workshop uses real-world scenarios and covers industry-specific issues pertaining to body shop operations and insurance company relations.

“The Collision Estimator Essentials collision repair estimating workshop has proven to enhance estimators’ and shop managers’ skills in all areas of writing accurate and profitable repair estimates,” said Steve Feltovich, manager of business consulting services for Sherwin-Williams.

The workshops are free for Toyota Certified Collision Centers. The cost is $295 for attendees from non-certified shops. For more information on the training, go to the training section at sherwin-automotive.com.
