In 2019, social media can be a powerful tool for promoting a collision repair shop. The 2018 FenderBender Industry Survey seems to prove as much, as shops that promote their business on a daily basis via platforms like Facebook, Google+, and Twitter tended to have strong sales volumes and high marks with regard to customer satisfaction scores. Here’s a comparison of shops that promoted their business on a daily basis, versus those that did so weekly, and those that neglected social media entirely.
