PPG Invests $400K in Pittsburgh-area Programs

PPG invested over $400,000 in 20 organizations to help support educational and community sustainability programs in the Greater Pittsburgh area.

Feb. 14, 2019—PPG recently invested over $428,000 in 20 organizations to help support educational and community sustainability programs in the Greater Pittsburgh area, reported AP News.

PPG maintains its global headquarters and several facilities in the Pittsburgh area. Part of the investment was $5,000 toward Rosedale Technical College to support the purchase of an inverter spot welding system for the school's new collision repair program.

PPG invested more than $9 million in 2018 to support community organizations across 28 countries
