LaMettry’s Collision Adopts Performance Gateway Program

May 13, 2014—LaMettry’s Collision, an eight-location repair business in the Minneapolis area, has contracted with Performance Gateway for use of its MSO Network Performance Management Program.

According to a Performance Gateway release, LaMettry executives Darrell Amberson and Denise Koukal recently visited the Performance Gateway headquarters in Madison, Wisc., to test the company’s various offerings.

The MSO management program can customize shop and employee scorecards, house insurance SOPs, allow for internal document management, set up customized audits and task management, and can assist with network communication.
