June 12, 2017—Adam Grant, owner of Xtreme Collision Center in Morrisville, Vt., is the latest speaker to be added to the 2017 FenderBender Management Conference lineup.

Grant, a past feature subject in FenderBender, has grown his shop from $350,000 in sales to over $2 million, has been able to do this with an intense focus and ability to implement strategies based on tracking KPIs.

Grant will present “Manage by the Numbers” at the conference. The session will give attendees an understanding of the most essential key performance indicators and how to benchmark performance.

The FenderBender Management Conference, scheduled from Sept. 27-29 in Chicago, will include educational sessions, deep-dive workshops, panel and roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities all aimed at helping shop owners and managers make money, save money and work smarter.
