Service King Announces Record-Breaking Giveaway

Sept. 9, 2016—Service King Collision Repair Center announced its plans to repair and donate a record number of vehicles to families in need across the U.S.

Service King’s effort, named The Great American Recycled Rides Giveaway, is set for Sept. 16-18. The giveaway will mark the largest vehicle donation ever conducted by a collision repair company. In total, Service King plans to donate 40 vehicles.

“The gift of reliable, safe transportation has the power to change the entire trajectory of life,” said Jeff McFadden, Service King president. “That’s why our team is so inspired to work consistently alongside our valued insurance partners and local non-profit organizations to donate vehicles across the U.S. through The National Auto Body Council’s Recycled Rides program. Our hope is that this historic event will be truly life-changing for families in need across the country.”

As part of the Recycled Rides effort , Service King technicians from across the U.S. voluntarily repaired each vehicle involved in the event. The giveaways will take place simultaneously on Sept. 16 with a grand finale planned at Chicagoland Speedway on Sept. 18.

The giveaways will be in Dallas; San Antonio, Texas; Atlanta; Chicago; Houston; Tampa, Fla; Dublin and Bellflower, Calif.; Wilshire, N.C.; Jackson, Miss.; Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and Bentonville and Bryant, Ark.
