July 18, 2014—CARSTAR announced Thursday that it has opened a new franchise shop, Hi-Tech CARSTAR 6th Avenue, in Tacoma, Wash.
The shop, located at 4408 6th Ave., is owned by Tracey and Shaun Copeland, who now own four other CARSTAR locations in the area.
“Four shops are within 10 miles of each other, so we can load level,” Shaun Copeland said. “If you have some extra techs not busy at one shop, you can juggle some work around, when possible.”
The opening makes 20 CARSTAR locations in the greater Seattle area.
