Florida Shop Awarded Toyota Certified Collision Center of the Year

April 10, 2014

April 10, 2014—Gatorland Toyota of Gainesville, Fla., recently was named a recipient of the 2013 Toyota Certified Collision Center of the Year award.

The annual honor is given to a dealer shop that “best exemplifies the spirit of the certification,” according to a release. Shops are evaluated on a points system based  on customer satisfaction; manager, estimator and technician certifications; facility and equipment requirements; and benchmark achievements.

The winners are chosen from a pool of 180 dealer shops nationwide that participate in the Toyota Certified Collision CEnter (TCCC) program.

“So much of our operational success is due to the TCCC program and the support we receive from Ben’s Paint Supply and PPG, including their technical assistance and the guidance we receive from the MVP Business Solutions program,” said DEnnis Gair, collision center manager at Gatorland Toyota.
