AASP/NJ to Offer KPI Measurement Seminars

April 8, 2013

April 8, 2013—The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ) will host two seminars this week designed to help attendees operate more profitable collision repair businesses.

The seminar, “Operating a Profitable Collision Repair Business,” will focus on performance issues that shop operators need to understand for successful results. Attendees will learn how to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs)—such as efficiency, gross profit and sales per repair order—to determine whether they’re making the amount money they should.

John Niechwiadowicz of Performance Consulting Services will present the seminar twice this week. The first seminar is scheduled for April 9 at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Toms River, N.J. The second seminar is scheduled for April 11 at the Holiday Inn in Totowa, N.J.

“If you want to succeed in today’s collision repair business, these meetings should be mandatory,” said Charles Bryant, executive director of AASP/NJ. “If you are interested in learning the skills required to become a top performer in our industry, don’t miss this exciting meeting.”

Pre-registration is required to attend the seminar. For registration information, visit aaspnj.org.
