Enterprise Rent-A-Car joins NABC at diamond level

July 26, 2011

July 26, 2011 — The National Auto Body Council (NABC) recently announced that Enterprise Rent-A-Car joined the organization as a diamond level member, the highest level of corporate membership.

Enterprise’s support will include participation in NABC’s Recycled Rides program, through which recycled vehicles are donated to families and service organizations in need. Enterprise expects to use its membership to help meet unmet community needs and do enhance its relationships with key business partners.

“Our NABC membership is a natural fit with our core insurance replacement business,” said Mary Mahoney, vice president of insurance replacement for Enterprise. “We are continually looking for ways to be an indispensable partner to our insurance and body shop partners.”

She said the Recycled Rides program was particularly appealing, because the company believes in giving back to the communities where its customers live and work.

NABC Executive Director Chuck Sulkala said he was “delighted” about Enterprise’s eagerness to work on Recycled Rides and willingness to become a diamond level member.

“As the industry’s largest replacement vehicle rental company, their involvement opens up more opportunities to secure vehicles for the program, helping to fulfill a demand that grows almost daily because of the program’s rapid expansion,” Sulkala said. “We thank them for their support.”

The NABC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the image of the collision repair industry. For more information on the organization or how to become a member, go to autobodycouncil.org.
