BMW 2019 X4 to be Outfitted with Steel, Aluminum

Feb. 26, 2018— BMW launches a lighter and improved collision technology, next-generation 2019 X4 in July, according to BMW

The next generation 2019 will include frontal collision warning, cloud powered intelligent voice control and active protection to initiate protective measures like belt tensioning and closing of windows and moonroof to a small gap.

BMW EfficientLightweight measures led to the increase in the proportion of aluminum as well as high-strength and ultra-high-strength grades of steel. This has made the body structure more solid than ever, serving up benefits for both vehicle agility and occupant protection. Additionally, the car has a significantly lower center of gravity which enhances the Sports Activity Coupe’s cornering dynamics.

The all-new 2019 BMW X4 will be available at certified BMW Centers in July with pricing starting at $50,450 for 30i, and $60,450 for M40i plus $995 destination and handling.

  • New panoramic moonroof for increased rear passenger comfort.
