A new member benefit from the Tire Industry Association (TIA) includes a free trial of ContactPoint’s Rate My Dealership business evaluation system designed to assist tire dealers in measuring and increasing sales while heightening your customer service efforts.
ContactPoint will conduct three free mystery shopping calls. Afterwards, members will receive a secure login to review your call scores, best practices and an industry-wide benchmark study. Owners and managers can then compare and contrast your dealership’s skills to regional and national averages once sufficient data is gathered to produce the study.
In addition, the TIA has negotiated a discount for its members who participate in ContactPoint’s Mentor Program, which provides training, recorded calls and sales coaching.
