A strategic partnership between the Tire Industry Association (TIA) and ContactPoint offers TIA members a free one-year subscription to the LogMyCalls program. It includes a no-cost local or toll-free phone number to help tire dealers measure the return-on-investment (ROI) from your limited advertising budgets.

Using an intuitive web interface, LogMyCalls is a tool that enables you to track which marketing methods are generating phone calls and which are wasting money. It also records the calls, and then you can listen to hear how well your employees are selling and booking appointments over the phone.

The tire dealer chooses a free local or toll free phone number during sign-up and then inserts this number into the promotional vehicle of their choice, whether it is a direct mail, website, social media outlet, fliers, radio, Yellow Pages or Google Places. LogMyCalls automatically routes the call to the tire dealer’s place of business.

“If it is not measured, it is not managed,” says Mark Cook, TIA’s communications director, “and a program such as LogMyCalls provides an incredibly easy way for tire dealers, small to large, to quickly and easily measure their return-on-investment of their advertising dollars and put them where they will be most effective.”

An account of this nature is normally $29 a month, but all TIA members will receive it for free for 12 months.
