TIA's telephone-based sales training dials up successful numbers

The “Overcoming Client Objections” class was the first in a series of free programs offered by benefits partner ContactPoint with the purpose of improving tire dealers’ sales efforts.
An “Open-ended Questions” session is set for Tuesday, Sept. 22 beginning at 2 p.m. Eastern time. It will be 15 to 20 minutes in length.
“We couldn’t be happier about the overwhelming success of this first program session for TIA members,” says TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield. “With the worthwhile tips and insight members can get from this program, it’s just another example of how membership in TIA is not an expense; it’s a value.”
