Sept. 13, 2017—CCC Information Services Inc. announced on Tuesday the availability of CCC Direct, a new repair management tool that aids shop management in implementing and managing standard operating processes across their business.
CCC Direct includes features such as checklists and KPI dashboards, which work in unison in an effort to aid efficiency and consistency. Those tools were designed to give owners and managers a way to document the steps within their repair process, and to measure performance through real-time dashboards.
