New Fusor Product to be Revealed at SEMA

Oct. 29, 2013

Oct. 28, 2013—LORD Corporation, maker of Fusor Automotive Repair Adhesives, will be unveiling a new, direct-to-metal sealer/adhesive (the LORD Fusor 800DTM/803DTM) at the SEMA Show, held Nov. 5–8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

“During the show, we will be introducing a new product with technology that doesn’t currently exist in the marketplace,” said Julie Miler, global marketing manager.

The product was developed for OEM professionals with the goal of duplicating factory appearance on standing seams, cosmetic seams, truck bed seams, tooled door skin seams, floor pan seams, core support seams, brushed seams and other applications in which a non-sag cosmetic seam sealer is required, while eliminating the need for a substrate primer.

The sealer comes in a black or neutral color, skins in 25 minutes or less, is UV resistant and performs at temperatures from -103–350 degrees fahrenheit.

LORD’s SEMA booth (No. 11467) will also showcase the company’s seam sealers and fusor sand.
