Modern collision repair demands more than quality body work. It requires connected diagnostics, accurate ADAS calibrations, and complete documentation. Autel Diagnostic Tablets, ADAS Calibration Systems, and Autel Cloud, combined with early ADAS identification tools and CCC ONE integration, help shops manage the diagnostic workflow from vehicle check-in through final calibration and reporting. Identify repair requirements earlier, reduce supplements, keep more work in-house, and move diagnostic documentation directly into the repair order. What Is The Advantage of an Autel In-House Workflow? Identify Repairs Earlier Use ADAS scrubbers and OEM repair information to identify potential ADAS requirements before teardown, helping build more accurate repair plans and reduce costly supplements. Keep More Work In-House Document Automatically Automatically upload diagnostic reports into CCC ONE to reduce manual administration, improve documentation, and support accurate billing. Increase Efficiency Separate the diagnostics workflow from paint and body operations while keeping every stage of the repair connected from intake to final delivery. Thorough Identification & Comprehensive Reporting Autel Diagnostic Tablets, ADAS Calibration Systems, Remote Expert, and Autel Cloud, combined with ADAS scrubbers for early identification and CCC ONE integration for connected documentation, create a comprehensive workflow supporting every stage of the collision repair process. 1. Identify Use ADAS scrubbers and OEM repair information to identify potential diagnostic and calibration requirements before estimates are written. 2. Estimate 3. Diagnose 4. Repair Complete structural repairs while preparing vehicles for wheel alignment and ADAS calibration. 5. Calibrate Perform ADAS calibration and programming with Remote Expert assistance whenever additional expertise is needed. 6. Report Send diagnostic reports directly to CCC ONE, maintain complete repair documentation, and help ensure every completed operation is reflected in the repair order. The Autel Diagnostic Advantage Every connected collision workflow starts with accurate diagnostics. Autel Diagnostic Tablets bring pre-scans, in-process scans, post-scans, programming, wheel alignment, and ADAS calibration together on one platform. With CCC ONE integration on compatible MaxiSYS tablets, the diagnostic workflow extends beyond the shop floor. Technicians can perform scans with Autel, save reports to Autel Cloud, and send those reports directly to the corresponding CCC ONE repair order. Helping eliminate manual report transfers, maintain more complete repair documentation, and keep the front office connected to the work happening in the bay. Industry Leading Coverage U.S., Asian, and European vehicles, backed by modern communication technology Advanced Diagnostics Live Data and bi-directional Active Tests, with flagship tools offering coding and adaptations Complete Scan Workflow Connected Documentation Automatically upload reports to CCC ONE through Autel Cloud to reduce manual administration and improve repair documentation One Tool. The Complete Repair Cycle. Autel’s CCC ONE integration connects compatible MaxiSYS diagnostic tablets directly to the repair order, allowing technicians to send pre-scan through post-scan reports from Autel Cloud to CCC ONE. This simplifies documentation, reduces manual report handling, and keeps the front office connected to completed diagnostic work. Available on the MS909, MS919, MS Ultra, MS909 S2, MS919 S2, Ultra S2, and the MS906 MAX coming August 2026. Support the Full Send Pre-Scan, In-Process, Post-Scan, and applicable Customer Scan reports as the vehicle progresses through the repair. Attach Reports to the Repair Order Send diagnostic reports directly to the corresponding CCC ONE repair order instead of relying on separate manual report transfers. Eliminate Handling And Friction Create a more direct connection between technicians performing diagnostic work and the teams responsible for repair documentation and billing. Connected Cloud Reporting Use Autel Cloud as the bridge between the diagnostic tablet and CCC ONE, helping keep reports accessible and associated with the repair workflow. Finish Every Repair with Autel Remote Expert Autel ADAS Calibration Systems utilize high-definition optical cameras, laser-guided positioning, and robotic target placement to automate calibration setup, reduce manual measurements, and improve positioning accuracy. The result is faster, more consistent calibrations across a wide range of ADAS systems. Payment options The Dangers of Using Non-Autel ADAS Components with Autel Software When Autel speaks of our ADAS calibration products, we reference them as systems. And that is because each component is engineered to work as part of the whole. Each component of the system is dependent upon the specificity of the other to produce accurate calibrations that are verifiable to OE specifications. Further, the Autel ADAS calibration software was developed for our systems only. The use of non-Autel components with our software will result in inaccurate calibrations. It’s vital to understand the precise nature by which these safety systems, cameras and sensors operate. Alignment and calibrations that are off by as little as one degree can result in up to 1.5-meter lateral miscalculations at 100-meter distance between vehicles. Such inaccuracies can lead to false ADAS interventions or accidents. Shops knowingly calibrating vehicles with mismatched calibration components are fully responsible for calibration errors and will assume liability. Autel technical support staff will not support or assist in any calibration that uses non-Autel branded ADAS calibration products.
