The bout ended when Leben’s corner threw in the towel and Munoz was awarded the victory.

“With a great team around me I was able to TKO Chris Leben by the end of the second round,” says Munoz. “I appreciate the support from Toyo Tires and am proud to bring another win to Team Toyo.”

“We congratulate Mark Munoz for his victory over Chris Leben this past weekend during the headline event in Birmingham, England,” said Stan Chen, manager of events and motorsports, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp.

“Munoz is an extremely driven athlete,” says Stan Chen, manager of events and motorsports, “and a great representation of the Toyo Tires philosophy: ‘Driven to Perform.’”

Munoz’ victory is the second UFC win in a row for the tire maker’s sponsored combatants as Brandon “The Truth” Vera defeated Eliot Marshall in a light-heavyweight UFC event at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
