AME International, a Brooksville, Fla.-based
manufacturer of tire changing tools and equipment
has been recently recognized by Inc. magazine as one
of the nation's fastest-growing privately owned
companies.
AME ranked 637 on the list by posting a 503 percent
growth rate over a three-year period.
“It’s something that our employees have to be proud
of,” says Keith Jarman, AME’s president. The company
was established five years ago.
“Our business grew a significant amount during a
period when many businesses found it difficult to
maintain previous revenue,” he says.
“We’re a young company, so we experienced rapid
growth the first two years, despite the economy,”
Jarman continues. “We expected growth to taper off,
but it never occurred.”
