Two Toyota models are being factory-equipped with Yokohama tires.
The third-generation 2010 Prius is sporting the company’s AVID S33D tire in size P195/65R15 89S, while the 2010 4Runner is running on Geolandar G96B tires in size P245/60R20 107H.
The original equipment applications cover the U.S. and Canadian markets, with the 4Runner Geolandars also available in Mexico.
“Both of the fitments are on extremely popular vehicles,” says Jeremy Kahrs, Yokohama’s manager of OE sales.
