The company says the content is now more customer-oriented and easier to navigate than the previous version. An optimized, clear display of the search window helps customers find the desired product faster with the assistance of various sorting functions. A new, leaner ordering process shortens ordering times, according to Delticom. In the new menu bar, customers can view the entire product range at one glance. For questions about the purchasing process, there is a callback service, a hotline and email contact information. There are also links to some 6,000 service-partner shops willing to install the online-purchased tires. You type in your zip code to find the nearest affiliate via Google maps. Each listing displays the amount charged for tire-mounting and how far the facility is from a particular address. The German-based Delticom has 92 online sites directed at consumers and tire professionals in 32 countries, including coverage throughout Europe, Japan and the U.S. It also sells wheels, lubricants and batteries at the wholesale and retail levels along with tires for cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles and specialized industrial vehicles.
