Continental Tire North America has launched a redesigned consumer Internet site at www.continentaltire.com. The firm says its new site is easy to navigate while echoing the graphic scheme of the company’s upcoming new “Confidence” advertising campaign.

Included are links to all of the company’s latest news, promotions and events, as well as a dealer locator and links for consumers to select and register their tires. Continental’s products are divided into easily-recognizable categories: Car Tires, Light Truck/SUV and Commercial tires; and an FAQ page plus a “Tech Docs” section to answer customer questions and provide technical advice.

“The new site features a sophisticated new look that mirrors our new ‘Conti Confidence’ ad campaign that will launch in 2009,” says Travis Roffler, General Tire’s director of marketing. “We’re working hard to raise the profile of Continental Tire with North American consumers, and this site is designed to help them research and choose their tires in a dynamic, user-friendly manner.”
