The Pennsylvania Association of Automotive Trades (PCTG) presents the Coalition for Collision Repair Excellence (CCRE) spring seminar March 30-31 at the Hilton airport hotel in Philadelphia.

It will focus on the legal aspects of running a collision repair business without third-party interference. The CCRE and attorneys Erica Eversman, John Parese and Robert McClallen will explain the proper use of authorization to repair/repair contracts, blueprinting and damage analysis, eliminating supplements, documenting your services, final billing/collections and assignment of proceeds/claim.
