According to GM bulletin 02-08-64-004, some 1999-2002 Chevrolet Trackers may have problems with one or more windows binding or tipping forward when opening. This problem may be caused by the run channel bracket pushing out on the run channel
weatherstrip.
Roll the window down completely, and remove the run channel weatherstrip. Replace the strip if the glass has rubbed through the run channel
weatherstrip.
