Toyo taps new senior director of sales operations

    Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. (TTC) has hired John Hagan as senior director of sales operations. A 20-year veteran of the tire industry, Hagan will have full responsibility for the management of all TTC sales operations while reporting directly to the company’s president and CEO, Yasushi Takagi.

    Hagan’s tire industry experience includes serving as vice president of original equipment sales of Pirelli Tire. Over the years, his responsibilities have encompassed sales and management; finance, large retail tire industry accounts, and OE tire sales and operations.

    A graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn., with a degree in finance and economics, Hagan also served as vice president of sales and marketing for companies in the chemical and import/export industries.
