BASF Announces SEMA Displays

Oct. 17, 2016—BASF Automotive Refinish recently announced that it plans to unveil several different paint-related displays at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, from Nov. 1-4.

BASF’s exhibits in Las Vegas are set to include: restyled and custom vehicles, new color offerings, advanced business solutions, custom paint solutions and its inaugural “Color of the Year.” BASF will hold a press conference at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 1, at booth No. 20367 in Central Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center, to announce its 2017 “Color of the Year,” featured on a custom 2009 Nissan Skyline GT-R.

Later in the week, BASF will host sessions that include the unveiling of new R-M ONYX HD/Diamont “Zyrilliant” colors, which provide extreme effects; the announcement of the Glasurit Best Paint Award on Nov. 2; and autograph sessions with celebrities such as racing icon Richard Petty, among others.
