Nov. 4, 2013—The Automotive Management Institute will offer a two-part webinar focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies on Nov. 12 and Nov. 14 at 2 p.m. CST.
Bill Haas, owner of Haas Performance Consulting LLC, will present both sessions.
The webinar, entitled “Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategies,” is approved for four credits toward Accredited Automotive Manager designation.
Registration for the webinar is $125 before Nov. 5 and includes two 6-minute sessions, handouts and Q&A sessions.
AMI said the webinar will focus on customers as the most important element to business success and continuation.
