Toyota Recalls 2019 Prius Hybrid Hatchbacks

About 3,800 Prius hybrid hatchbacks are being recalled due to electrical issues with the combination meter.

Dec. 13, 2019—Toyota has recalled approximately 3,800 model-year 2019 Toyota Prius hybrid hatchbacks due to electrical issues, according to Cars.com.

According to the report, an electrical short circuit in the combination meter could occur, causing the speedometer, odometer, and fuel gauge to become inoperative.

Toyota will be notifying owners in early February 2020 about the recall.
