Dec. 20, 2016—Uni-Select Inc. on Monday acquired substantially all the assets of Vancouver Autocolor Ltd. by FinishMaster Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Uni-Select. Vancouver Autocolor is an independent distributor of automotive paint finishes from PPG Industries Inc., as well as paint-related products.
Uni-Select distributes automotive refinish and industrial paint products in both Canada and the United States. FinishMaster Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Uni-Select, is an independent distributor of automotive paints, coatings and accessories in the United States, operating a national network of corporate stores, and supports more than 6,000 collision repair center customers.
