Air bags may not inflate for some 2010 Fusions and Lincoln MKZ models from 2010-2012, prompting a recall.

November 6, 2018—Air bags may not inflate in some 2010 Ford Fusions and Lincoln MKZ models through 2012, which has prompted a recall, reported WSBT.

A bracket that secures the airbag inflator could deform, letting gas that inflates the airbag leak out, according to the report.

Ford's leadership said it is not aware of any accidents or injuries resulting from the defect.
