Jeff Martin, owner of Martin’s Auto Tech, a Federated Car Care Center from Hollywood, Md., is the grand prize winner of an all-expense paid, seven-day Hawaiian cruise for two in the 2008 Federated Auto Parts Aloha Sweepstakes.
