April 26, 2013—The Collision Repair Education Foundation has added Don Hermanek and Renee Ricciotti to its board of trustees.
Hermanek serves as the senior vice president and chief client officer for Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA). He is a veteran of the automotive claims and salvage industry with more than 35 years of experience. In his current position with IAA, Hermanek continues the development and cultivation of the organization's mature and global seller customer base.
Ricciotti is the national sales manager for 3M. She joined 3M’s Automotive Aftermarket Division in 1994 and has served in a number of positions within the division. Ricciotti is a certified 3M Sigma Green Belt, a participant in the 3M executive mentor program, and a committee member of the Women’s Industry Network (WIN).
“I would like to thank Don and Renee for joining our board of trustees. Both 3M and Insurance Auto Auctions have been long-time supporters of the Collision Repair Education Foundation and our efforts to support the future professionals of the collision industry,” said Clark Plucinski, executive director of the Education Foudnation. “Both will be valuable additions to our board of trustees as we work toward taking this organization to the next level and enhance our ability to support secondary and post-secondary collision school programs, instructors and students.”
