Aluminum Collet Kit, No. 128-540-200

The Chief Automotive Technologies Aluminum Collet Kit enables shops to use its LaserLock Live Mapping system to measure collision-damaged vehicles made with aluminum, without risking galvanic corrosion. Since traditional magnetic attachments do not work with aluminum, and steel-fingered snap-in attachments can cause corrosion, shops need a new attachment option for the growing number of aluminum-based vehicles. The 18-piece aluminum collet kit (No. 128-540-200) includes three sizes of self-centering aluminum expanding collet attachments to fit a range of reference hole sizes. The set comes with a dedicated tray that fits in the LaserLock cabinet, keeping the workspace organized.
