Mitchell 1 is holding 2008’s second Shop Management System Training Workshop in Denver, Colo., July 24-26, at the Sheraton Denver West.

Designed for those who have been using a shop management system for six months or more, the training workshop will teach users the OnDemand5 Manager system functions — inventory, reporting, management, aftermarket catalog integration and Customer Retention Marketing (CRM), among others.

John Dwulet, senior product manager for Mitchell 1 management software solutions, and Tim McDonnell, national training manager, will lead the workshop and discussions on how the management system can energize businesses, increase profits and boost productivity.

“This advanced training workshop is designed to turn existing shop management system customers into power-users who get the most out of their software and business,” Dwulet says.  “The sessions will uncover strategies allowing attendees to compete successfully against dealerships; maximizing their maintenance and repair opportunities.”

The conference registration fee of $200 for a shop’s first attendee and $100 for each additional attendee includes the seminars, a continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments each day. The registration deadline is Thursday, July 10.

For more information or to register for the workshop, visit Mitchell 1 online.
