ASA opens online registration for 2009 convention

Online registration for the Automotive Service Association’s (ASA) 2009 Annual Convention is now available by visiting www.ASAshop.org/Annual09.

The convention is April 30-May 2 at the Caribe Royale All-Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Attendees may use the secure online form to register for a variety of activities, including three Automotive Management Institute (AMI)-approved seminars, as well as arrange housing accommodations for the event.

Event highlights will include informative Industry Impact sessions focusing on the automotive service and collision repair segments of the industry; a benefit provider networking reception; an ASA board of directors meeting; a State of the Association address by Ron Pyle, ASA president and chief staff executive; an affiliate assembly meeting; three AMI courses; and ASA’s annual Celebration of Excellence awards ceremony, which will again host the AMI graduation ceremony.
           
Members who register before the early-bird deadline of March 31 will receive savings. In addition to providing a secure, convenient registration option, the Web site also includes a list of sponsors, education sessions, daily agendas and additional details about networking functions.
