NORCROSS, Ga. - Members of the AkzoNobel Sikkens Acoat selected national performance group will meet Aug. 12 to 14 in Amelia Island, Fla., for the group's 16th annual summer conference.

Courses will include:

* Auto Manufacturer’s New Reality and Its Impact on Collision Repair

* e-Tips

* Recession Proof Your Business

* Incentive/Compensation for a Process Centered Environment

* Sustainability – Managing Energy Consumption

* Diplomatic Negotiations

Featured keynote speaker for the program will be Mike Jones, a former Houston police helicopter pilot who has received numerous civic awards and honors including recognition from Presidents, Bill Clinton and George H. Bush. Jones has dedicated his life to answering the question…”How will I make a difference?” Most recently he has become the developer and founder of the Discover Leadership Training Program.

In addition to the education and motivational portions of the program, attendees will also take time to celebrate. Numerous awards will be presented recognizing business and personal growth achievements.
