The Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) is conducting a survey on issues that may exist between collision repair businesses and property & casualty insurance carriers.

SCRS said repairers' names and company names will not be used because it is interested in the overall results, and the responses will help guide SCRS in its future work.

SCRS encourages all repairers to participate in the 14-queston survey so it receives the most broad and comprehensive feedback possible.
