Firestone's FR710 tire has been selected as standard original equipment on the 2011 Chrysler 300 Limited and 300C luxury sedans. The Firehawk GT will be an optional factory fitment for the same models.

The specially designed and engineered FR710 all- season performance tires are size P225/60R18 99T. When equipped with the optional Touring-tuned suspension, the 300 Limited and 300C models feature wider 245/45R20 99V Firehawk GT all-season performance tires that help contribute to the car’s handling capabilities.

“The Chrysler 300 series sedans combine luxury and performance from a long-standing, iconic brand. The Firestone brand has a reputation in its own right of being a top performance tire,” says Michael Martini, a divisional president at Bridgestone.

“We are proud to be providing the critical connection to the road for these new world-class sedans and believe that both tires will fully complement the luxurious driving experience that Chrysler has created in the all-new 300 models,” he adds.

Both tires are engineered with the company’s exclusive UNI-T technology that delivers performance attributes such as practical all-season traction capability, according to Martini. “The Firehawk GT also features an advanced technology called Veri-Pitch that minimizes pattern and road noises often found in performance tires,” he says.
