Champion Laboratories, Inc., is an active member of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) and supporter of the Know Your Parts® campaign. AASA has undertaken the Know Your Parts® awareness and education campaign in the firm belief that it is important for a company to stand behind and support its products.

As the industry cruises through National Car Care Month, it’s important to note and understand who stands behind the products you recommend to your customers. As part of this campaign, the following information is provided to help educate aftermarket channel partners and resellers about the advantages of Cabin Air Filters and proper installation techniques.

Did you know that the air quality on the inside of vehicles could be even worse than the quality of the outside air? The reason is because the heating, air conditioning and vent system has the effect of concentrating contaminants inside the passenger cabin when outside air is drawn in and the windows are closed. Cabin Air Filters have been designed to filter and clean the air before passengers breathe it, in some instances removing up to 99.5% of allergens. These filtering systems trap virtually all pollen and dust particles that may cause allergic reactions and also leave inside glass, dashboards, heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems cleaner. Watch these Cabin Air Filter videos to learn more.

While it is not only important for aftermarket channel partners and resellers to be informed about Cabin Air Filters, it is just as important for technicians to be trained on proper installation methods. With this in mind, anyone involved in the service, selection or stocking of Cabin Air Filters are invited to take part in the Kleener® Cabin Air Filter Certified Training Program. This training program has been designed to give service providers a complete understanding of cabin air filters. It’s also a perfect example of a supplier standing behind its products by offering free certified training on its products.
