Jan. 6, 2012

Jan. 6, 2012—Summit Software and Marketing Solutions on Thursday announced the launch of a new digital marketing division, e-Marketing Sherpa’s.

Summit said the new division will focus on the design, development and implementation of digital marketing, communications, and customer retention technologies and services for small businesses.

e-Marketing Sherpa’s will help auto body shops capture and retain more cars, customers, revenue and profit, according to Summit. The company also plans to enter other repair-based markets—such as auto mechanical repair, detailing, motorcycle, bicycle and truck—within the next 12 months.

“Worldwide statistics support the fact that e-mail, text messaging, smart phones, mobile and location-based marketing, social media, and digital advertising are essential components of a successful marketing, communications and customer retention strategy,” said Frank Terlep, CEO of Summit. “We expect this new division to be a world leader in the development and delivery of technologies and services related to marketing, communications and customer retention.”
