Mitchell names director of collision sales and service for Canadian market

June 15, 2011 — Mitchell International recently made Tim Malone its director of sales and service for the company’s Canadian operations.

Malone, who has been active in Canadian collision repair for more than 20 years, will lead the development of new sales and service initiatives and ensure a strong connection with the Canadian customer base. He started his career in sales and warehouse management and progressed through various senior sales positions.

“Tim's experience in empowering effective sales teams and his in-depth knowledge of auto repair shop software and the collision repair and claims industry in Canada will be a valuable asset in his new role,” said Mike Jerry, vice president and general manager of Mitchell's Canadian operations.
