CARSTAR Names Kevin Courtney Area Director of Operations

Aug. 21, 2014—CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts has named Kevin Courtney its newest area director of operations, the company announced Monday.
In his new role, Courtney will provide operational direction to CARSTAR franchisees in Western Michigan, Western Pennsylvania and parts of Ohio, while living in Columbus, Ohio.
Courtney is I–CAR Gold certified, familiar with DRP management and proficient with all estimating and management systems.
Most recently, Courtney was the body shop operations manager with the Columbus Fair Auto Auction, a 48-bay body shop just outside of Columbus. Prior to that, he served as the general manager for CARSTAR Southgate and as a general manager at Sterling Autobody Centers. He also served in the United States Army and Army Reserve for more than 20 years.
