I-CAR honors Elise Quadrozzi with Chairman’s Award

I-CAR, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, has named Elise Quadrozzi as the recipient of its 2016 Chairman’s Award.
I-CAR®, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, has named Elise Quadrozzi as the recipient of its 2016 Chairman’s Award. The award recognizes an individual or organization whose contributions to I-CAR have been significant or extraordinary. The Chairman’s Award recipient is selected by the Executive Committee of the I-CAR International Board of Directors.

Quadrozzi is an accomplished insurance professional with over 25 years of experience in claims, underwriting, customer service, information technology and product management. She began as a claims adjuster (trainee) with no previous claims experience, in the State of Florida and has held positions in the industry with various insurers, insurance consulting firms, and paint manufacturers. She was the first woman to serve as Chair of the I-CAR International Board of Directors, a position she held from 2011 to 2013.  Subsequently, she joined the I-CAR Staff in 2013 as Director – Business Development. In this role, she is responsible for managing assigned industry segments to achieve defined objectives which includes defining new products, services, and initiatives that meet segment needs; managing/directing customer support initiatives in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction; and representing I CAR within the segment and across the industry to advance I-CAR’s vision, mission and strategies. “The impact Elise had had on the industry is both significant and extraordinary” said Jim Roach, Chair of the I-CAR International Board of Directors.  “She is a leader and a visionary who continues to be a driving force in I-CAR’s role as the leader in training for the collision repair industry.  Her unrelenting commitment to keeping I-CAR’s products and offerings current as the industry continues to evolve is a major factor in the organization’s commitment to safe, quality and complete repairs for the ultimate benefit of the consumer.” Holding both a BSBA and MBA from Shorter College in Atlanta and believing that ongoing training is of utmost importance, she also holds the designations of CPCU, AIC, AM, ARP, and AU – designations relative to the insurance industry. She is active in the CPCU/RIMS Mentoring Program and serves on the Board of Directors for SITE, the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators, where she served as VP/Marketing and VP/Annual Conference. The Chairman’s Award was presented on November 2, 2016 in conjunction with SEMA in Las Vegas, Nevada.
